Please ensure that ALL landscaping debris including leaves adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Place all landscaping debris in bags.
2. Place the bags outside of the dumpster enclosure.
3. For Colonials owners, do NOT place landscaping debris inside of your herbies.

Homeowners have the option of having a physical copy of the monthly meeting minutes and financials mailed to them. There is a $5.00/occurrence charge that will be applied to the owner's account at the time of the mailing. Please contact the Community Association Manager to have this arranged.
